4 Sports & Games – Returns & Refunds Policy

At 4 Sports & Games, we understand that sometimes a purchase may not be exactly what you expected. That’s why we aim to make our returns process as simple and hassle-free as possible.

1. Return Timeframes

Non-sale items: Can be returned within 28 days of receipt
Sale items: Must be returned within 14 days of receipt

To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, and include all labels and accessories.

2. Refund Approval Criteria

Refunds are issued once returned items are received and inspected by our team.

Items must meet our resale criteria to qualify for a refund. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if:

Items show signs of use or damage not caused during transit
Packaging is missing or damaged
The return is outside the stated timeframe

3. Damaged Items in Transit

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 calendar days of delivery.

Email hello@4sportsandgames.ie with:

Your order number
A description of the damage
Clear photos of the item and packaging

Claims reported after 3 days may not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

4. Faulty or Defective Items

Faulty or defective items are not subject to the 3-day reporting window.

If you believe your item is faulty, contact us as soon as possible at hello@4sportsandgames.ie with details and photos if available.

All faulty items will be assessed and may qualify for repair, replacement, or refund in line with Irish consumer law.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Change of mind: Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
Faulty or damaged items: Once approved, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs
